Amazing as always! Your work always such an incredible sense of story and depth...not to mention an abundance of talent. I kove the juxtaposition between the war-ravaged landscape and the tenderness between Nihlus and Saren.
Awww, Nihlus and Saren. Those Saren and Nihlus feelings, yessir. Is there one of those cutesy mashup couple names for them when we refer to them in a couples kind of way? Naren? Sihlus? Kryterius? Actually damn that last one's badass I need to make that a thing.
Also as ever this is lovely. I will never get over those itty bitty charcoal details. Saren's cheek fringe, aw man!
Yeah, Nihlus and Saren were both great characters. It would have been awesome if Saren hadn't died but had gone crazy, and they locked him up in some institution somewhere. I'd love to visit crazy Saren
Thanks! I like stories in art as well, but tragically, it was the story element in my art that prevented me from getting into any post graduate programs. There's no room for illustrators in the art world apparently. D:
Bah! Ridiculous! Their loss, though sadly they will probably never realize it. Well, I for one will hold out hope that an artist of your caliber will get your due and end up taking OVER the art world, because your work is spectacular! Long live stories in art! (And your writing is not too shabby, either! You're only one of my favourite writers; no big deal! ) Seriously, you're the whole package. Okay, gushing over, before this becomes awkward and uncomfortable.
